I automate the work that wastes your time
Thierry Barbezat, independent consultant in Geneva: business process automation with n8n and Make, web development, and search visibility for SMEs.
I'm Thierry Barbezat, an independent consultant based in Geneva. I design business process automations on n8n and Make, I build websites that load fast and convert, and I work on the search visibility of Swiss SMEs — all handled by one person, who stays your point of contact from the first call to launch.
What I do
- Automation & AI — invoicing, follow-ups, data entry, reporting: anything repetitive can be handed to a workflow. I map your processes, quantify the time actually saved, then build.
- Web development — a fast, legible site that states plainly what you do, and that you can update without depending on me.
- Search visibility — being found when a Geneva decision-maker looks for your trade, in Google as well as in ChatGPT.
- Training — because the best automation is the one your team can keep improving on its own.
How an engagement works
One call, then half a day observing how work actually flows in your company. You then receive a proposal stating what will be automated, the estimated time saved and the cost. If the numbers don't add up, I'll tell you — it's simpler for everyone. Nothing goes into production until you're comfortable with it, and you keep full access to your automations: you're tied neither to me nor to a proprietary tool.
Working languages
I work in French and English. The rest of this site is in French; feel free to write to me in English and I'll answer in English.
Hinweis für deutschsprachige Besucher: meine Arbeitssprachen sind Französisch und Englisch. Schreiben Sie mir in einer der beiden Sprachen.
Who I am
Thierry Barbezat. I co-owned an SME in Geneva for ten years and ran its entire digital strategy — four websites, an e-commerce catalogue of over a thousand products, SEO in French and English. I now do that work as an independent consultant. More about my background (in French).
