Who processes your data

Contact form
The information you enter (name, email address, company if any, subject and message) is used only to reply to you. It passes through Resend, an email delivery provider, and ends up in my inbox. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never added to any mailing list.
Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form. Retention: for the duration of our exchange, after which business correspondence is archived in line with Swiss legal requirements.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots. Turnstile analyses technical signals from your browser and does not set advertising cookies.
Audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its traffic. The data is aggregated and used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.
Tools that run in your browser
The SERP simulator and the JSON-to-TOON converter run entirely client-side: none of the data you enter in them is transmitted or stored.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by writing to contact@digital-foundation.ch. These rights derive from the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for residents of the European Union, from the GDPR.
