From business owner to partner
I spent ten years co-running an SME. That is where my way of working comes from, and it is probably what sets me apart most from a typical service provider: I have been in your seat.

What I do today
Since the sale of PHP Santé, I have worked as an independent consultant in Geneva, across three areas that belong together:
- Business process automation With n8n and Make. It has become the core of my work — because that is where the return on investment is fastest and easiest to demonstrate.
- Website design and development With WordPress or Next.js, depending on who will maintain the site after me.
- Search engine optimisation Including visibility in generative AI engines, which is changing the rules right now.
Alongside this, I work on assignment for BB Switzerland on SEO-GEO and SEA campaigns, and in 2025 I worked with Digitalizers on website builds and process automation.

The tools I actually use
n8n, Make, Claude Code and Supabase for automation. Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush and Screaming Frog for search. WordPress, Prestashop and Next.js for the web. Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva for visuals, DaVinci Resolve for video.
This list is not here to impress: it is here so you know what I can take on without subcontracting.

How I work
I put a number on it before I build. You know what it costs and what it brings in before you commit. If the numbers don't add up, I tell you — I have sat on the other side of the table often enough to know what a provider who can say no is worth.
I don't make you dependent on me. The automations live in your accounts, they are documented, and your team is trained to evolve them. A client who stays by choice is worth more than one who stays because they can't leave.
You talk to the person doing the work. No salesperson who promises, then a project manager who translates. What I tell you on the first call is what will be done, because I am the one doing it.
