I’m Thierry Barbezat, an independent consultant in Geneva. I train small groups, in person, on your own processes. Sessions can be run in English or in French.

- Spot, in your day-to-day work, what deserves to be automated and what isn’t worth it.
- Build a complete workflow in n8n or Make: trigger, conditions, actions, error handling.
- Connect your tools to one another — email, spreadsheets, CRM, accounting software — through their APIs.
- Test an automation before putting it into production, and know what to do when it breaks.
- Document what you have built, so the next person can pick it up.
How it works
We start from your real processes. Each participant arrives with a repetitive task that costs them time, and leaves with the matching automation up and running. No textbook cases: a made-up exercise is forgotten, a workflow that runs the following Monday stays.

What I’m asked most often
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. n8n and Make are visual tools: you assemble building blocks. Being able to reason in logical steps is more than enough — and anyone used to spreadsheets already has that skill.
- How many people per session?
- A small group. Beyond a handful of participants, we can no longer work on everyone’s own cases, and that is precisely what makes the training valuable.
- Do we work on our own processes?
- Yes, that is the whole idea. You leave with automations running on your own tools, not with a made-up exercise forgotten the following week.
- n8n or Make: which one should we learn?
- It depends on your context. Make is quicker to pick up; n8n can be self-hosted, which becomes decisive as soon as sensitive data is involved. We decide together before the session.
